ORDER

This writ miscellaneous petition has been preferred to implead the Sub Registrar, Joint-II Sub Registrar Office, No.123, Gandhi Road, Thiruvathipuram, Cheyyar-604 407 and one Mr.S.Prabhakaran, S/o.T.Saravanan as party respondents in the main writ petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition.

3.In the light of the submissions made and considering the

averments made in the affidavit, this court is of the view that the second respondent in the WMP, i.e., the Sub Registrar is a necessary party to dispose of the writ petition and hence, Registry is directed to implead the Sub Registrar, Joint-II Sub Registrar Office, No.123, Gandhi Road, Thiruvathipuram, Cheyyar-604 407, as second respondent in the writ petition. The third respondent in the WMP, namely Mr.S.Prabhakaran, is not a necessary party considering the relief sought for by the writ petitioner. Accordingly, this WMP is ordered impleading the second respondent Sub Registrar in the writ petition. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the case bundle.
