2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections to amend the cause title in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main writ petition and the order copy dated 09.08.2024 in W.P.No.22644 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy.
