ORDER

The learned Government Counsel, based on instructions, submitted that instructions were issued by the 3rd and 4th respondents to the 2nd respondent to freeze the bank account of the petitioner. He further submitted that complaints had been received by the 2nd respondent from the states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh requesting the freezing of the petitioner's account.

2. Therefore, recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by adding the necessary parties.
