O R D E R

This application has been filed to appoint the employee of the applicant viz. Mr.Mathew Abraham Manaloor, Area Business Manager, to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons, which is lying in the custody of respondents, men, servants, agents, from his premises at 77/106, Chambar Nalla, Dusara Galli, Nagpur, Maharashtra - 440 017 or wherever found with the Police aid and break open of premises, if necessary.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that already the award has been passed in its favour. Despite name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
