ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge Court, Pappireddipatty to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S No. 831 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in a suit for partition pending in O.S.No.831 of 2023 before the Sub-ordinate Court, Pappireddipatty. The petitioner is seeking to expedite the disposal of the said suit. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. The written statement was filed on 09.10.2023 and thereafter, the Trial Court has repeatedly adjourned the matter for the purpose of framing issues. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the revision petition and direct the Sub-ordinate Court, Pappireddipatty to frame the issues within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, expedite and complete the trial within a period of six months and dispose of the suit.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed. 05-08-2025 gd Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
