This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2021 to issue patta to the petitioner house situated in S.F.No.393/23, Thenmudiyannor Village & Post, Thandarampattu Taluk - 606707, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.08.2021 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the respondents.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required 2/4

in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
