This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Banning Order passed by the respondent against the petitioner from participating in any tender for the period of banning i.e., from 04.01.2022 to 03.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent on written instructions would submit that the Banning period was already over and the petitioner is entitled to
