(CR.NO.462/2002) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court Daily at 10.30 A.M. Until further orders imposed in C.C.NO.424/2003 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, Dated 23/06/2021 on the file of this Honourable court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARUNAGARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17393 of 2021 on 27.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation and thereafter the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
