ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's husband Mr.K.Karuppannan, confined Central Prison, 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the convict prisoner Mr. K.Karuppannan died on 06.09.2024 after taking treatment at Coimbatore Medical College Hospital.

In view of the death of the convict prisoner, the cause arose for filing the Writ Petition became unnecessary. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
