This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 133 days in representing the writ petition SR.No.36681 of 2024.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay.

3. Since this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the delay has been properly explained, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 133 days in representing the writ petition SR.No.36681 of 2024 is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
