The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Women's Harassment Act, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.35 of 2016 and the same was closed.
