2. The petitioners seek a direction for the early disposal of O.S.No. 137 of 2014 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Palladam.

3. The suit is 7 years old. From the 'B' diary extract that has been produced, it is seen that the suit is pending for 4 years at the stage of arguments and when it was posted for Judgment an application was filed seeking reopening and that application in I.A.No. 204 of 2019 is allowed on 04.12.2021.

4. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Palladam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 137 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
