ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16776 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting anticipatory bail, this Court, imposed a condition on the petitioner, specifically condition 7(c), which says that after granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. He further submits that the petitioner is having threat in appearing before the respondent police and therefore, prays for modification of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The reason stated by the petitioner is not proper and also the petitioner is not complying the conditions imposed by this Court, therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.7(c) imposed on the petitioner in

Crl.O.P.No.16776 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025.
