ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's petition/ representation dated 02.09.2021 and 02.12.2021 by changing the patta name correction in S.No.184B/3 measuring an extent of 0.21 cents at Pulipurakoil Village, Madhuranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2. The petitioner filed appeal as against issuance of joint patta along with fourth respondent in respect of the property comprised in S.No.184B/3 admeasuring 21 cents situated at Pulipurakoil Village, Madhuranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein on the application filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conduct enquiry after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
