Though by order, dated 08.08.2025 had called for a report to reach the Registry of this Court by 20.08.2205, despite the said order having been communicated even on 14.08.2025, till date, the report has not been received.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that the 1/3

plaintiff in a suit for recovery of money, being aged 85 years as sought for speedy disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the above, I am inclined to allow the revision and direct the Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri District to dispose of O.S. No.12 of 2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
