2 CHINNAPPAN, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the deposited entire amount of Rs.5,96,030/- in the credit of above MCOP.No.503/2017, On the file of MACT,(Special Sub Judge), Tiruvannamalai (in CMP.No.21056/2019 in C.M.A.No.1851/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VARADHAKAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner/claimant seeking to withdraw the entire deposited amount lying to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.503 of 2017, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub-Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2.Heard the learning counsel for the petitioner/claimant and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 3.It is seen that the appellant has already deposited 50% of the award amount with interest at 7.5% per annum, as directed by this Court on 23.08.2018.
