C.M.P.No.21370 of 2023 in S.A.No.17 of 2010 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., In this Second Appeal, the first appellant died on 29.06.2023. The wife of the first appellant viz., Parvathi is already on record as the second appellant. C.M.P.No.21370 of 2023 is filed to substitute his two children/petitioner, as the proposed appellants 7 and 8 in this Second Appeal.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioners. There is no representation on the side of the respondents.

3. Perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the C.M.P is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Second Appeal.

4. Post the Second Appeal after two weeks.
