The petitioner, who is the sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4[1][aaa], 4[1-A][ii] of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.175 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 110 liters of I.D.Arrack and the entire contraband was already seized.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated as accused in the present case.

4.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that the entire contraband was already seized and the petitioner is involved in two previous cases of similar nature.

sri 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the entire contraband was already seized, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruppathur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a day i.e. at 10.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. until further orders.
