C.M.P.Nos.20939, 20942, 21079 & 21080 of 2019 in C.R.P.(NPD)Nos.3314 & 3315 of 2012 and M.P.No.1 of 2012 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 966 days and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner [S.Krishnan] in the Civil Revision Petitions.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr.V.Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in these Petitions.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, these Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Civil Revision Petitions and list these matters on 05.11.2019.
