O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 24.02.2016 stating that he has borrowed money from the counter petitioner, who is claiming high rate of interest. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and that they came to know that there is no payment for exorbitant rate of interest. Hence, they closed the complaint as civil in nature. He has also furnished the closure report.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
