Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, praying to direct the respondent police to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime No.14 of 2016 and file the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and conduct the trial in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

O R D E R
The present petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime.No.14 of 2016 from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and conduct the trial in accordance with law within a stipulated time.
2. By consent of both sides, the Criminal Original Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. It is stated that the issue connected with the consideration of the Special Court for Land Grabbing Case has been challenged and pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. In view of the same, the Special Court, in the instant case, has not proceeded with the petitioner's case. This Court, in various orders, have directed the proceedings before the Special Court to be transferred to the jurisdictional Magistrate for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
purpose of further adjudication. Following the same, this Court is also inclined to order the prayer sought for by the petitioner.
4. In the light of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing Cases, Special Cell, Namakkal, to transfer the proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2016 to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
