ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of direction to the first respondent to issue direction to the concerned Sub Registrar offices to take 1/4

necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2022.

2. The case of the petitioners' are that the second respondent, the second wife of the petitioners' father had allegedly stollen the assets of the petitioners and has left India and is trying to alienate the properties belonging to the petitioners'. Hence, they made a representation to the first respondent seeking to prevent the second respondent from alienating and creating any third party right against their properties which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3. Though very many grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he submitted that the dispute is civil in nature between and the petitioners' and the second respondent. Hence, seeks this Court for a liberty to approach competent Civil Court for effective remedy.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to approach competent Civil Court by filing appropriate application.

5. Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 2/4
