Today the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought for clarification in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. This Court while granting bail vide order dated 11.09.2025 has imposed the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

rna Rs.10,000/- (Rupees fifteen Thousand only). The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rupees in words it is mentioned as fifteen. Hence, he seeks clarification on the same.

3. Taking into account, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the said condition (6th paragraph in 2nd line) is clarified as follows:

"Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)".

4. The Registry is directed to incorporate the above and issue fresh order copy.
