O R D E R
The present writ petition is filed challenging the package tender notification issued by the 14th respondent and to forbear the respondents from calling for Tender Notification under the package System pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.17 dated 15.02.2019.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, during the pendency of the Writ petition, the Government itself has recalled the tender notification issued pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.17 dated 15.02.2019 by issuing G.O.Ms.No.139 dated 27.09.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
