PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection for survey the properties and to fix boundaries for erect fencing in the scheduled mentioned properties.

ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that when the Government Surveyor came to measure the land, the private respondents prevented him from measuring the land and discharging his official duty. Hence, he seeks for police protection.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already paid necessary fee for the second time and during the visit of the surveyor to measure the land, the surveyor needs police protection.
3. Considering the submission made and the documents filed, the respondent police is directed to provide police protection to the surveyor (Govt. Servant) while discharging his official duty , if any request emanates from him while measuring the land of the petitioner herein. Page No.2/4
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
