ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 5 so also Mr.P.Dineshkumar, learned counsel for respondent No.6.

2. The learned State Government Pleader, on instructions of Mr.M.Anthonisamy, P.A. Legal Assistant, Cuddalore District, makes a statement that further process would be initiated and Form-I will be issued. The say would be obtained of the alleged encroacher and depending upon the say received, the further action would be taken within six weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
