Though this matter is not listed today but at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is taken up today under the caption for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph No.2, 4th line of the order it is mentioned as follows: "... Even after completing 24 years as Assistant Engineer/Civil, the next cadre of promotion was not given to the petitioner. ... "

3. He would submit that the petitioner had completed 24 years of service as Assistant Engineer and Assistant Executive Engineer/ Civil, but in the order copy Assistant Executive Engineer has not been printed. Hence, he seeks for adding of "Assistant Executive Engineer".

4. Accepting the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 4th line of paragraph No.2 will read as follows:- "... Even after completing 24 years as Assistant Engineer and Assistant Executive Engineer/Civil, the next cadre of promotion was not given to the petitioner."
