No.123/Goonda/Salem City/2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely Chelladurai, son of Balu, aged about 42 years before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's husband detained in Central Prison, Salem. 2.Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 07.11.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.7388 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department. 3.In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition. 4.Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
