ORDER

The petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.651 of 2021 filed by the petitioner who had been suspected as one of the accused, in view of the confession statement by the accused from whom the contraband was recovered.

2. Now the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that in the course of investigation, they have found that this petitioner is not involved in the transport of Narcotic Drug, his name has been dropped from the final report which is ready and due to be filed soon.
