This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.242 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrayed as A2 in S.C.No.242 of 2014 in connection with the case in Crime No.435/2013 for the offences punishable under Section 447 IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act. During argument, he sought for early disposal of S.C.No.242 of 2014 instead of quashing the proceedings.
