O R D E R

(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.126 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent.

2.There is no representation for the Petitioner. Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned crime number i.e., Cr.No.126 of 2019, the fourth respondent herein completed the investigation and filed final report on 31.07.2019 as further action dropped. He would further submit that in respect to the filing of final report, the petitioner herein was also served with notice in R.C.S.No.7 of 2019.

4.Hence, in view of the above, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
