This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23209 of 2022 to deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.1 Crore (stands in the name of the petitioners or their relatives of friends along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.23209 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
