O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer order dated 11.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has been transferred twice within three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner also contends that the transfer is not for administrative reasons and is a punitive transfer. The petitioner has already preferred an appeal on 14.10.2022 before the 2nd respondent, aggrieved by the impugned transfer order. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that the contentions raised in this writ petition will have to be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the 2nd respondent in the said appeal.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to 2/4

pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 14.10.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the petitioner's contentions, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Till final orders are passed by the 2nd respondents, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from the present place of posting. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
