Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.602 of 2016 vide the Order dated 21.03.2016 with only normal sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode instead of insisting the condition of depositing the cash of Rs.10,000/- into the Court. ORDER

Petition to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in the anticipatory bail Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.602 of 2016, dated 21.03.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The offences alleged does not warrant a direction to deposit Rs.10,000/-. Further there is no allegation of causing damage to any property, either public or private. In the circumstances, the condition to deposit Rs.10,000/- is excessive. It is not necessary also.

4. In view of the above, Ordered as under :

(i) The Order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri passed in Crl.M.P.No.602 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016 is modified to the effect that the condition to deposit Rs.10,000/- is deleted.

(ii) All other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
