( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Tuesday, the Fourth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two PRESENT The Hon`ble Mrs Justice T.V.THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.14439 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.9128 of 2021 SRIPAL JAIN [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED-4 ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH-II, EDF-II, VEPERY, CHENNAI 600 007 CRIME NO.92 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police in every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.7164 of 2021 order dated 29.7.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9128 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH KUMAR CHOPRA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7164 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9128 of 2021 dated 29.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
