This petition has been filed to substitute the legal representative of the deceased 8th respondent viz., V.Vignesh Kumar as the proposed 10th respondent in both W.P.No.23361 of 2023 and in W.M.P.No.22899 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in both the Writ Petition No.23361 of 2023 and in W.M.P.No.22899 of 2023.
