According to the petitioners, their father Mr.M.N.Sugumaran died during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, on behalf of him, they filed the present writ appeal and hence, they prays to accept the cause title.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed.
