ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to investigate in crime No.573 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022 under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC and file the final report before the appropriate Court within a time frame manner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) sought further time for filing the final report in Crime No.573 of 2022.

3. Considering the submissions, this Court finds that the investigation cannot be kept pending indefinitely. Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
