2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs 1 & 2 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection made by the respondents 1& 2/plaintiffs 1 & 2 and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
