This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in crime No. 180 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 07.05.2024, based on the secret information the respondent police went to the house of the petitioner and found that he was in possession of 743.95 kgs of contraband and the same were seized. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
