This application has been filed to strike off the applicant/ 6th defendant from the array of parties in C.S.No.69 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that they have no nexus to any of the issues raised in the suit except the applicant being the Portfolio Manager in respect of the subject PMS accounts and their period has also came to an end and they are ready to deposit the amount lying with them and hence, they may be struck of from the array of defendant in the suit.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is directed to deposit the amount lying with them in fixed deposit in the name of the first defendant in any one of the nationalized bank and submit the original fixed deposit receipt before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Registrar General, High Court Madras.
