ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to Call for the records pertains to the CC.35/2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Karaikkal Quash the Same.

2. According to the petitioner, the defacto complainant is the motherin-law of the petitioner's sister. There was some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner's sister and the defacto complainant's husband and the same was questioned by mother-in-law/defacto complainant and due to some dispute she gave a false complaint. Now, the defacto complainant filed an affidavit stated that his son and daughter-in-law are re-united and living happily and also the petitioner is a close relative and she gave a consent to quash the proceedings. Considering the above, proceedings against the petitioner in C.C No. 35 of 2014 is hereby quashed.

3. In the result, this petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequentially,

connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
