The petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation granted by the Court in Crl.O.P.No.11915 of 2024 order dated 24.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
