Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 20.06.2016 and 22.07.2016 submitted to the authorities seeking immediate release/sanction of scholarship for SC/ST students for the academic year 2016-2017 onwards.
