the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned orders dated 17 08.2023 made in Na.Ka.No. 2039/ 2023/ A3 passed by the 1st respondent herein and the consequential proceedings dated 2.09.2023 made in Na.Ka.No.1178/ 2023/ A5 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same, consequently forbear the respondents from conducting any special meetings without the presence of petitioner and interfering with my lawful functioning as the President of the 3rd respondent Panchayat.
