ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to quash 138 proceedings relating to the petitioner in the private complaint in C.C. No.1538 of 2017 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court No.I), Egmore at Allikulam, Madras. All the grounds raised in this application are all factual aspects, which have to be canvassed only before the trial court.

2. However, there is no representation for the petitioner today. During last hearing, the matter got adjourned to today specifically, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, but there is no representation for the petitioner today.
