This application has been filed to re-open the Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.444 of 2025, which was closed on 14.03.2025, directing the petitioner to co-operate for the enquiry and directing the respondent to pass necessary orders within one month.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that, though she attended the enquiry on 22.04.2025, no orders have been passed by the respondent so far. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to re-open the Contempt Petition. 3.Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, leanred Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.
