2. The petitioner seeks early disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2021 in C.O.S.No.78 of 2021, in which ex parte order of interim injunction has been granted against the petitioner.

3. From the E-Court status report that has been produced it is seen that the I.A.No.2 of 2021 was heard by the learned Principal District Judge as early as on 15.11.2021 and orders are yet to be pronounced.

4. Considering the same there will be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2021, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
