Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the impugned Government Order issued by the 1st Respondent in G.O(1D).No.217 School Education [Pa.Ka.5(1)] Department dated 20.06.2019 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2687/E2.E3/2019 dated 30.08.2019 and to quash the same in so far as the clause in Para 4(I)(ii) is concerned and consequently directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue to work as Secondary Grade Teacher in Pallipet Block, Thiruvallur District.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Government Order issued by the first respondent in G.O(1D). No.217 School Education [Pa.Ka.5(1)] Department dated 20.06.2019 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2687/E2.E3/2019 dated 30.08.2019 and to quash the same in so far as the clause in Para 4(I)(ii) is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Secondary Grade Teacher in Pallipet Block, Thiruvallur District.

2. Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially transferred to Panchayat Union Primary School, Nemili, Tiruvalangadu Block, Thiruvallur District and subsequently by way of interim counseling, she was redeployed to Panchayat Union Middle School, Sreenivasapuram, Tiruttani Block, Thiruvallur District. On instructions, he would further submit that the petitioner is ready to join at Panchayat Union Middle School, Sreenivasapuram, Tiruttani Block, Thiruvallur District.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the entire materials on record.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and however, this Court directs the petitioner to join the Panchayat Union Middle School, Sreenivasapuram, Tiruttani Block, Thiruvallur District on or before 02.12.2019.
