This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20475 of 2022 on 15.09.2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed, as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
